50g cacao nibs
50g shredded coconut
50g almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut oil ( liquid if possible )
8-10 medjool dates ( pitted )
50g sunflower or coconut or almond butter
50g hemp or flax seeds ( ground )
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 level teaspoon cinnamon
In larger nutribullet container blend cacao nibs and shredded coconut
Chop the dates.
* All this can be done in a food processor but I don´t have one to hand so used the Nutribullet throughout. *
Add the cinnamon and salt.
Blend …yes for a nutribullet it is very dry so only whizz quickly
and then take off the lid and use a spatula to blend. It may take a few quick whizzes and stirs whereas in a food processor you will be fine.
