Food processor with sharp blade, chopping board, knife, dessert spoon and a carton that can be used in the freezer.
Three bananas, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, virgin coconut oil
Peel and roughly chop the bananas
Place in a plastic container with a lid. Freeze the bananas for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Place the frozen banana pieces in the food processor.
Add 2 dessert spoons of vanilla essence.
Add 2 dessert spoons of cocoa powder or raw cocoa.
Add 2 dessert spoons of the virgin coconut oil.
Here you can add more cocoa if you like it darker or a few cocoa nibs.
Mix all together. At first it is very gritty and does not look like a paste.
Keep blending until it starts to go smooth and creamy.
Replace in the same container that had the frozen bananas in.
Replace in the freezer so it hardens again.
YOU CAN DO THIS WITH JUST BANANAS AND VANILLA FOR A VANILLA ICE-CREAM.
YOU CAN ADD STRAWBERRIES INSTEAD OF COCOA POWDER AND COCONUT OIL.
YOU CAN MAKE ALL THREE WITH 9 BANANAS AND HAVE A NEOPOLITAN ICE-CREAM BLOCK.
