Yoga Video - RSI and Wrist Rehabilitation
Emily Collins demonstrates some techniques to prevent yoga practice from harming the wrists and in fact to help make the wrists more open. This is particularly useful for those who suffer from RSI and carpal tunnel syndrome.
This is a great detail to accompany any exercise that involves placing your weight on your wrists, but it is particularly good for exercises such as the Yoga Video - Sun Salutation B or Surya Namaskara B and Yoga Video - Sun Salutation A

HI! … I tried to play your video on wrist stuff four times. All I got was the *Please Read This Warning* screen, then right back to the initial still photo. So, no video.
Nice looking site, however. And the woman doing the Triangle at top left has better form than most.
Take Care,
David
Hi David,
Thanks for the kind words, and sorry to hear you are having problems playing the video.
I have tried the video on several different machines and asked a few friends to try it as well and it has worked okay.
It could be that you don’t have Flash installed, or the right version of Flash, but that seems unlikely as I don’t think you would even see the warning text.
Are you still having problems?
If so please let me know what computer and operating system you are using so that we can fix this problem.
Is anyone else out there having problems?
Thanks,
Kal
