Very often intructors tend to do exercises that are quite difficult for beginners and/or forget to explain the breathing as well. Not so here. All of these classes are GREAT and I do them every day so I hope you will add more of them soon.
If I am allowed to make any requests, something for strengthening the “Power house” and allround adjustment-tips (preferebly for those of us with tense necks) would be great.
